Terms of Use

1. About SuggestNext
SuggestNext lets creators share a public page where their audience can suggest ideas and vote on them. It is currently in an invite-only pilot, run by SuggestNext.me. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. The pilot
This is an early version of the service. Features may change, be interrupted or be removed at any time, and the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability or accuracy.
3. Creator accounts
Creators sign in with the email address they were invited with. You are responsible for your account, for keeping access to your email secure, and for how you use your page and the suggestions you receive. Please don't share your access with others. We may send you service emails about your account, such as sign-in links, invitations, and notifications about activity on your page. You can manage notification emails in your settings once that option is available.
4. Suggestions and votes
Anyone can submit suggestions and votes on a creator's page without an account. Please don't submit anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, and don't include other people's personal information. Creators can hide suggestions on their own page. We may remove content or block activity that breaks these terms, including spam and automated or repeated voting.
Your page and profile
Creators choose the name, short description, website link and questions shown on their page. You are responsible for that content and for any link you add, and you must not use your page to promote anything unlawful, misleading, harmful or abusive, or to send visitors to such content. We may remove or hide a page, description or link that breaks these terms. To report a page or suggestion, contact us through the contact page.
5. Who owns what
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service. Suggestions are ideas shared with a creator: SuggestNext doesn't own them and isn't responsible for how creators use them.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't try to disrupt the service, overload it, bypass its limits, scrape it, or access data that isn't yours.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy page.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, SuggestNext isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Ending access
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. Creators can stop using the service at any time and can delete their page and account from Settings, or ask us to do it through the contact page.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
