Who we are

SuggestNext is run by SuggestNext during an invite-only pilot. You can reach us through the contact page.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form: your name, email, message and any link you choose to share, so we can reply. We don't add you to a mailing list.
  • Creator accounts: the email address you sign in with, your page details and the suggestions and votes on your page, so we can run your page and show you your results.
  • Audience visitors: we don't ask for accounts or emails. To limit spam and repeat voting, we store an anonymous ID in your browser and a hashed (scrambled) version of your network address.

Who processes data for us

We use service providers to host the site, store data and send sign-in emails. They process data only to provide those services. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and creator data while your page is active. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. After a deletion, copies may remain in our service providers' backups for a limited period before they're removed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us.

Creators can delete their page and account themselves from Settings. This removes their page, suggestions, votes, statistics and sign-in account. Messages sent through the contact form are kept separately, so contact us if you'd like those deleted too.
